The term PeopleSec Plus and PeopleSec Classic are registered trademarks owned by IronShield Technologies Ltd.

Visitors are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, and creating derivative works of any content on the Website ("Content").

By ordering our seminar/ executive briefing, you accept as follows

  • That  the number of participant shall not exceed the number ordered for on this website. Additional participant will have to pay at venue before admission.
  • All orders shall be made through this website or via e-mail to sales@ironshieldtechng.com
  • That payment shall be made once a date has been fixed and agreed by both parties via inter bank transfer, direct debit  or online once online payment has been enabled on this site. And payment shall be 100 % of the  total number of participant.
  • That all briefing/seminar shall be onsite excerpt the client will be ready to bear the cost of services at a preferred location.
  • The content of the briefing is only for internal use by the organization. They shall not rent, distribute, display or publish materials to parties external to the organization  unless otherwise authorized in writing by IronShield Technologies Ltd
  • Incase clients halts the seminar/briefing after payment has been made and applies by registered letter for a refund within 5 days to the executive briefing, to the Chief Executive Officer, IronShield Technologies Ltd M-R Place, 115 Ogbunabali Road Port Harcourt Rivers State, phone 084-234167 or 08051558141, work completed shall be billed at the hourly rate as ordered, and deducted from the payment, the balance of which shall be returned to the client. If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed execept formal presentation, the client shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate stated above. No portion of the payment will be refunded unless written application is made within 5 days to the execution of this service.
  • That the client shall provide IronShield Technologies with necessary information about company ICT environment to enable effective and efficient asssessment of threat and vulnerabilities prior to seminar date.
