At the center of this service is IronShield PeopleSec® Plus. PeopleSec® Plus is our monthly information security awareness, training and education package that is powered by an intranet system. The service also includes other mode of communicating information security especially for people without computer access.
PeopleSec® Plus includes the following
- Monthly supply of information security material i.e. PeopleSec® Classic package.
- An intranet based information security management system.
The intranet system includes the following modules
- A policy module that communicates your internal information security policies to employees. The system comes with an ISO 27002 based policy system but is customizable to suit your requirement.
- An awareness module that educate and test your employees understanding about IT security, information security policies and the monthly awareness deliverables.
- Education module teaches end users about IT security and educate them on security issues associated with IT systems.
- A survey module that measures the organizational intake of the awareness, training and education activities within the organization.
- A screensaver module that ensures that security issues are communicated every time.

- Microsoft windows 2000/XP, Window Server 2000/2003 or UNIX ( Red Hat Linux 7 or higher)
- A LAN connection and Intranet IP Address
- One or two GB of hard disk space
- At least 512 MB of system RAM
A typical intranet client system
- Microsoft internet explorer 5.5 or higher ( administrator needs 6.0 or higher)
- Flash player version 4.0
- FireFox 1.0 higher
Other Requirements
- Senior management support - The tone at the top is important to ensure the success of the program.
- A few hours to install and configure the system, select and customize the policy material.
- A few hours to maintain the policies and other materials.
- Good number of hours to customize and circulate the current PeopleSec® Classic, interact with users, run briefing, presentations and training section.
